We ship from our warehouse in Bratislava every working day. Orders paid by 14:00 are dispatched the same day. We distinguish between the dispatch date (when the parcel leaves our warehouse) and the estimated delivery date (when the carrier delivers it) – you can see both for each delivery method below and at checkout.

Kedy zásielku dostanete
- Expedícia: An order paid by card / Apple Pay / Google Pay or cash on delivery before 14:00 on a working day leaves the same day; later, or at the weekend and on holidays, the next working day. For a bank transfer we dispatch once the payment arrives (we hold the goods for 3 working days).
- Doručenie: Carriers deliver on working days; Saturday delivery is not offered. Delivery dates are the carrier’s estimate, not a guaranteed date.
- Krajiny: Slovakia: delivery usually the next working day after dispatch. Czechia: +1 working day (transfer at the Czech depot); prices are the same as for Slovakia.
- Sklad Bratislava: expedujeme Monday – Friday, except Slovak public holidays; cut-off 14:00.
- Najbližšie sviatky bez expedície a doručenia: ut 17. 11., št 24. 12., pi 25. 12., so 26. 12., pi 1. 1., st 6. 1..
Age verification 18+ on delivery
We may hand over nicotine and tobacco products only to a person over 18 years of age. Therefore:
- when placing an order, you confirm that you are 18+ (and for repeat purchases, you can verify your age once in your account – e.g. via bank identity or an ID document),
- the courier (GLS, DPD) will verify age with an identity document upon handover – we use the carrier’s age verification service; the parcel will be handed over only to a person 18+, the document is not copied or stored,
- Packeta pick-up point – staff will verify age with an ID document upon collection (Packeta’s “18+ age verification” service); Z-BOXes, DPD Pickup and other boxes do not verify age, which is why they are not offered for nicotine products at checkout,
- if age cannot be verified or the person collecting is younger, the parcel is returned to us and we cancel the order with a refund.
Another adult at your address may also collect the parcel (with an ID document).
Packaging and discretion
We pack goods in plain cardboard boxes with no indication of contents; e-liquids are secured against leakage. Batteries and devices are shipped in compliance with lithium cell transport rules.
If something isn’t right
- Damaged packaging – do not accept the parcel or draw up a report with the carrier and write to us within 24 hours (alerts@puffhouse.eu); we will arrange a replacement.
- Missing or incorrect item – let us know and we will handle it as a priority.
- You didn’t collect it in time – Packeta holds the parcel for 7 days (extension in the app), GLS will attempt delivery again; after that the parcel is returned to us.
